1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access and usage of Datrady website, online QR generator, image editing tools, barcode creator and other auxiliary functions (collectively “Services”). By visiting, registering an account or using any service function, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, you may not use our platform.

2. Account Registration & User Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account independently; minors under 16 require legal guardian consent to register.
• You shall provide valid, true and complete phone number information during registration, and keep your verification channel accessible to receive security codes.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including all QR code generation, file upload and tool operation records.
• Prohibit account sharing, resale, transfer or lending to third parties without official written permission.
• Notify us immediately via support email if your account suffers unauthorized login or data leakage.

3. Service Scope & Member Tier Rules

3.1 Free User Permissions

Free registered users can only access basic Text & URL QR code generation functions. All other advanced tools (image repair, batch QR generation, logo maker, video editor etc.) are locked for premium members only.

3.2 Premium Member Services

Paid member subscription unlocks all platform exclusive tools, higher QR code resolution, unlimited batch generation and priority customer support. Subscription fees, renewal cycles and refund policies are displayed on the member payment page separately.

3.3 Service Limitation

We reserve the right to adjust free function limits, suspend partial services for platform maintenance, upgrade or security emergency without prior advance notice, and we will restore normal service as soon as possible.

4. User Content Responsibilities

All text, links, images, documents and media content you upload to generate QR codes (“User Content”) belongs to you, and you bear full legal liability for such content:

• You warrant that you own full copyright, authorization or legal right to publish all uploaded content.
• Strictly prohibited to upload content involving pornography, violence, terrorism, fraud, counterfeit, illegal drugs, hate speech, infringement materials or any content violating local national laws.
• Prohibit generating QR codes linking to malicious phishing websites, malware download addresses, illegal trading platforms or scam pages.
• We reserve the right to delete illegal user content, disable your account permanently and report relevant illegal information to law enforcement agencies if rule violations are detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website design, logo, interface layout, tool algorithm, code and text content of Datrady are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws worldwide.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute or resell any part of our platform system without official written license.
• QR code images generated by users belong to you; however, you may not use our platform trademark/logo embedded in output files for independent commercial branding without authorization.

6. Prohibited User Behaviors

You shall not perform the following actions while accessing our services:

• Use scripts, crawlers, bots or automated programs to mass access, register accounts or generate QR codes without official API authorization.
• Attack, hack, exploit platform vulnerabilities, interfere with server normal operation or steal other user account data.
• Harass, spam, send mass advertising information through our platform service channels.
• Impersonate Datrady official staff to defraud other users’ personal information or property.
• Circumvent member paywalls through crack, plugin or third-party proxy tools.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free service operation. We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, business profit loss, data loss or economic damage caused by your use of our tools, including but not limited to QR code link failure, content display error, file export failure. You agree to use all platform functions at your own risk.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• You violate any core clauses of these Terms or Privacy Policy repeatedly.
• Your uploaded content involves illegal criminal activity confirmed by official evidence.
• You abuse platform resources, launch automated scraping or attack behaviors.
• You submit a voluntary account deletion request via support email.

After account termination, all your stored QR history and user data will be cleared per our privacy data deletion rules.

9. Policy Revision Right

We may update these Terms periodically to match business adjustment and legal compliance requirements. Updated clauses will be published on this page with revised date marked. Continued service usage after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of major policy changes via website notification banners.
